The rooms were spotlessly clean and cheap and had a clean bathroom. Great and stunning location, a bus stop was close to the hotel. Popped in Hops Pub for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue😃❤

Good old hotel with huge rooms. The staff - EXCELLENT and efficient. The rooms with shower and the internet, for instance. Nice interior design. Particularly good and excellent location just a pleasant stroll away from a medieval cathedral. Tourist area very close to the tram station, the airport, and tram 10 minutes from here, close to all the main attractions and great cafes.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and even closer to the beautiful historic center. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. And the best part was the owner, who was so friendly and accommodating, going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the shared bathrooms were always kept clean and spacious.
The lack of toiletries provided during our stay. We only received a small amount of shower gel on the first day and no replacements afterwards.

This hotel is an absolute steal for its value for money. With such affordable prices, it offers just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from all the main tourist areas. On top of that, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were basic but clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views and our own shower. Oh, and the breakfast was a great bonus too!
No major issues, everything was perfectly fine.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even upgraded us to a room with our own shower, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the location was perfect - right in the center of Florence, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. Finally, the attention to detail was commendable. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone is helpful and best and host too. The ambiance is quiet! The rooms are lovely looking and exceptionally clean and they have central heating, television and a writing table. The clean bathroom is absolutely the best.
